This course is designed for Azure administrators seeking to master the planning, deployment, and management of virtual desktop environments and remote apps on Azure Virtual Desktop. Participants will learn to implement and manage networking for Azure Virtual Desktop, configure host pools and session hosts, create session host images, and manage FSLogix. The course also covers monitoring performance and automating management tasks for optimal efficiency. Through a combination of demonstrations and hands-on labs, students will gain practical experience in deploying and optimizing virtual desktop solutions in multi-session environments. This course is intended for those with solid Azure administration skills and prior experience in virtualization, networking, and storage, with knowledge of on-premises virtual desktop infrastructure as it relates to migrating to Azure Virtual Desktop. Familiarity with Azure tools like Azure PowerShell and Cloud Shell is expected.
