CompTIA CloudNetX (CNX-001) develops the advanced architecture, security, operations, and troubleshooting skills required to support complex hybrid and multicloud networks. It is designed for experienced network and infrastructure professionals moving into architecture-level responsibilities and organizations developing senior technical staff who can design as well as operate enterprise environments.

Topics include network architecture design, network security, operations and monitoring, and troubleshooting and maintenance. Participants work through responsibilities such as translating business requirements into secure network designs, implementing Zero Trust and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), configuring software-defined wide area networking (SD-WAN) and multicloud connectivity, deploying monitoring and automation tools, and diagnosing complex issues across hybrid infrastructure.

The intended audience includes network architects, cloud network architects, enterprise infrastructure professionals, and others with at least five years of relevant experience. Knowledge aligned with CompTIA Network+, Security+, and Cloud+, or equivalent professional experience, provides a useful foundation. Organizations can use this training to develop senior staff who are prepared to evaluate requirements, design scalable solutions, strengthen network security, and improve the reliability of hybrid and multicloud environments.
