We are growing, and we are looking for the right people who want to grow with us. We keep things simple, pay fairly, and work with people who take pride in what they do. Opportunities are available in two areas: contract instructors who deliver training and sales partners who help build the business.

Contract Instructors

We are always looking for qualified instructors across our catalog of technology and certification courses. If you have real-world experience in cybersecurity, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, data analytics, or information technology and you know how to teach it, we want to hear from you.

We are not looking for people who can read slides. We are looking for practitioners who understand the material at a working level and can connect it to real-world application in the classroom. Our students are professionals – they will know the difference. We built this company around the belief that expert instructors make the difference, and that commitment extends to everyone who teaches for us.

What we offer:

  • Flexible scheduling – you choose the engagements that work for your availability
  • Net 15 payment – paid in full within 15 days of class completion
  • Professional development – audit any of our courses at no cost
  • Operational support – we handle the logistics so you can focus on instruction from there

Sales Partners

If you have existing relationships with organizations that need technology training – HR leaders, IT directors, training coordinators, procurement teams – we want to talk to you.

techtrain365 works with independent sales contractors on a commission basis. You identify the opportunity, build the relationship, and close the sale. We deliver the training. You earn a commission on every deal that closes, paid when we get paid.

We are building a leaner, smarter approach to professional development – and we need sales partners who understand that value proposition and can communicate it to decision makers. The right partner understands the training market, knows how to position value over price, and can have a real business conversation with the people who control training budgets. You work independently, manage your own pipeline, and bring us opportunities that are ready to close.
