This course is designed to prepare participants for the FC0-U61 exam to obtain the IT Fundamentals+ certification. It provides a solid foundation in the basic principles and techniques required for providing support across PC, mobile, applications, and network environments. Throughout the course, participants will gain hands-on experience in setting up computer workstations, using basic software applications, and applying essential maintenance and support principles. Participants will learn to identify and understand the various devices that comprise a computer system, as well as the fundamentals of software and database development. Additionally, the course covers configuring computers and mobile devices to connect to home networks and the Internet, ensuring participants are equipped to handle common connectivity challenges. The course also addresses critical security concerns related to the use of computers and networks, preparing participants to recognize and mitigate potential threats.
