The course also covers different types of questions and how to use them effectively, along with active listening strategies and various listening styles.
The course further explores the Merrill & Reid Social Styles and how to apply visual, auditory, and kinesthetic communication approaches to different scenarios. A problem-solving listening framework is introduced to help Project Managers address challenges in a structured manner. Additionally, best practices around project communications are reviewed to ensure that Project Managers can effectively convey information and lead their teams through the project lifecycle.
